Congrats!

I'm very excited for my most recent home buyer in Nampa Idaho!  The process of her purchase went very smooth with the lender & title company being right on the ball allowing for a 3 week closing. This is a great time to buy since prices have correct some and in some cases you can ask for a seller concession to help buy down your interest rate points like this buyer did. Snowcap Construction clean up
